肾移植术后并发大腿感觉功能障碍(附28例报告)

目的 提高对肾移植术后并发大腿感觉功能障碍的认识水平。方法 对179例肾移植术后患者进行问诊和大腿皮肤针刺检查。结果 179例中发现28例存在手术侧大腿感觉功能障碍。其中78例移植肾动脉与髂内动脉吻合的患者中有11例，分别为大腿前面7例、外侧面2例、前面和外侧面2例：101例移植肾动脉与髂外动脉吻合的患者中有17例，分别为大腿前面13例、外侧面1例、前面和外侧面3例。除1例为持续性感觉功能障碍外，其余27例均在术后半年内自愈。结论 肾移植术后出现手术侧大腿皮肤感觉功能障碍是较常见的并发症。肾移植术前应告知患者可能出现这种并发症。

Sensory disturbance of the thigh in renal transplantation:a report of 28 cases

Objective To improve the comprehension of sensory disturbance of the thigh in renal transplantation.Method Neurological deficits of the thigh were examined in 179 patients who underwent renal transplantation,including 78 using the internal and 101 using the external iliac artery.Results Sensory disturbance was found in 28 of the 179 cases,including 11 of the 78 in which the internal iliac artery was used. Sensory disturbance was in the anterior,lateral,and anterior and lateral thigh of the operated side in 7,2 and 2 cases,respectivly. There was sensory distrubance of the thigh in 17 of the 101 patients in whom the external iliac artery was used. Sensory disturbance was in the anterior,lateral,and anterior and lateral thigh of the operated side in 13,1 and 3 cases,respectively. All but 1 case recovered within 6 months.Conclusions Sensory disturbance of the anterior and/or lateral thigh is common after renal transplantation. We should inform patients of the possibility of sensory disturbance before renal transplantation surgery is performed.
