乳腺微小病变术前穿刺定位对诊治早期乳腺癌的价值探讨

目的探讨乳腺微小病变术前穿刺定位对诊治早期乳腺癌的价值。方法对 2 882例女性行钼靶摄片 ,2 5例X片上有微小病变的患者设为研究组 ,在X线下行术前定位 ,根据标记位置切除病灶 ,另 8例为对照组 ,直接行外科手术。结果 2 5例中 ,良性 18例 ,恶性 7例 ,与术后病理结果一致 ,准确率 10 0 % ,病灶切除率 10 0 % ,对照组病灶切除率 87.5 %。结论术前立体穿刺定位可以指导临床准确切除病灶 ,提高患者的生存质量。

Studying the value of the diagnosis and treatment for the early breast carcinoma with punture and orientation for the breast microminilesions before operation

Objective To study the value of the diagnosis and treatment for the early breast carcinoma with puncture and orientation for breast micominilesions befor operation. Methods 25 in 2882 women with the microminilesions found out in mammography were punctured and oriented before operation, 8 casese were thought comparison.Results Localization and biopsy were successful in all 25 casese 718 casese were benign diseases and 7cases were definited to have early stage breast carcinoma .The diagnostic rate and the successful operation rate were 100%. The successful operation rate in comparative casese was 87.5%.Conclutions The lesions are punctured and oriented in three-dimensional can instruct clinic which resects accurate the lesionsand increase the quality of life in patients.
