摘    要:目的观察低幅低频松解手法对椎动脉型颈椎病患者椎一基底动脉血流动力学指标的影响。方法治疗组50例采用低幅低频松解手法治疗,对照纽50例采用传统弹拨手法治疗。所有患者均在治疗前后行经颅彩色多普勒(TCD)及彩色超声检查,探查基底动脉(BA)、椎动脉(VA),观测平均血流速度(Vm)、搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)及椎动脉血管内径。结果治疗组治疗后BA、VA的Vm、RI、PI及椎动脉血管内径较治疗前均明显改善(P〈0.05,P〈0.01);对照组治疗后BA、VA的Vm、RI较治疗前明显改善(P〈0.01);2组治疗后BA、VA的Vm、PI、RI及椎动脉血管内径比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01),治疗组优于对照组。结论低幅低频松解手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可明显改善Vm、PI、RI、榷动脉血管内径等椎-基底动脉血流动力学指标。

Abstract:Objective To observe haemodynamics in patients with vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis treated by solution technique with low - amplitude and low - frequency. Methods 50 cases in treatment group Were treated by solution technique with low - amplitude and low - frequency. 50 patients in control group were treated by traditional technique. BA, Vm of VA, PI, RI and inner diameter of VA in all patients were detected by TCD before and after treatment. Results BA, Vm of VA, RI, PI and inner diameter of VA were obviously improved in treatment group after treatment ( P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ). BA, Vm of VA and RI were obviously improved in control group after treatment ( P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01 ). The improvement of BA, Vm of VA, PI, RI and inner diameter of VA in treatment group were superior to those in control group after treatment ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Solution technique with low- amplitude and low -frequency can improve the indexes of haemodynamics including Vm, PI, RI and inner diameter of VA.
