| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了血清胃动素（MTL）、胃泌素（GAS）水平在慢性丙型肝炎患者中的变化及意义。方法：应用放射免疫分析对36例慢性丙型肝炎患者进行了血清MTL、GAS水平测定，并与35名正常人作比较。结果：慢性丙型肝炎患者血清MTL、GAS水平非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0．01），且MTL、GAS呈明显的正相关（r=0.8117，P〈0．01）。结论：检测慢性丙型肝炎患者血清MTL、GAS水平的变化对疾病的诊断、治疗是一个十分有用的临床检测指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the changes of serum motilin(MTL) and gastrin(GAS) levels in patients with chronic hepatitis C.Methods Serum MTL,GAS levels were detected with RIA in 36 patients with chronic hepatitis C and 35 controls.Results The levels of serum MTL,GAS were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls(P<0.01),serum MTL,GAS levels were mutually positive correlated(r=0.8117,P<0.01).Conclusion Detection of serum MTL,GAS levels might be of diagnostic and prognostic values in patients with chronic hepatitis C. |
