平阳霉素碘油乳剂栓塞治疗肝血管瘤60例临床观察

目的：评价平阳霉素碘油乳剂栓塞治疗肝血管瘤的临床疗效。方法：30例肝血管瘤在DSA导向下运用同轴导管技术超选择插入肿瘤供血动脉,平阳霉素碘油乳剂栓塞肿瘤血管。术后对其疗效进行随访观察。结果：60个病例,75个病灶,手术成功率100%,术后分别于3个月、6个月、1年随.访有效率85.7%,90.0%,92.3%,病灶在术后随是时间的增加呈进行性缩小,肝血管瘤得到有效控制,临床症状缓解,术后无严重并发症发生.结论：平阳霉素碘油乳剂栓塞治疗肝血管瘤成功率高,创伤小,恢复快,不良反应少,宜在临床上推广。

The clinical effects of the interventional embolization therapy with the mixture of Bleomycin A5 Hydrochloride and Lipiodol for Sixty patients diagnosed as the cavernous hemangioma of liver.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the interventional embolization therapy with the mixture of Bleomycin A5 Hydrochloride and Lipiodol for the cavernous hemangioma of liver.Methods Sixty patients diagnosed as the cavernous hemangioma of liver From 2009.2to 2013.3were collected.Tumour artery were finded by disposing axial catheter technology under digital subtraction angiography and were embolized by the mixture of Bleomycin A5 Hydrochloride and Lipiodol.After interventional therapy,clinical effects were explored By follow-up.Rusult Sixty patients,Seventy-five tumour,the interventional embolization therapy success rate is 100%,the effective rate was 87.5%,90.0%,92.3%respectively after three months,six months,twelve months follow-up.clinical signs had relieved or disappeared.there were not severe complications related to the procedure.Conclusion The interventional embolization therapy with the mixture of Bleomycin A5 Hydrochloride and Lipiodol for the cavernous hemangioma of liver is a kind of minimally invasive and safe eutherapeutic method.
