| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨利尿在体外冲击波碎石的利用。方法：在B超定位，低能量ESWL时通过利尿来充盈肾脏集合系统治疗无肾积水的肾结石278例（347例），结果：结石粉碎率100％，一次碎石成功率95．4％，副作用少，无严重并发症，结论：体外冲击波碎石时辅以利尿法治疗无肾积水的肾结石，具有易于观察，碎石率高和并发症少而轻微等优点。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the role of diuresis in the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy(ESWL).Methods:In B-mobe ultrasnic localization,278 cases(347 sides) of kidney stone with no hydronephrosis were treated by the low-energy ESWL in diuresis for filling renal collecting system.Results:The comminution rate of calculi was 100%,the successful rate reached 95.4% at one time.No serious complication was found,with less side-effect.Conclusion:The extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy assisted with the method of diuresis for treating the kidney sotne with no hydronephrosis is easy to observe the patient's condition and high-comminution rate,with less complications.[ |
