摘    要:目的了解浙江省某市三级医院医护人员健康教育知识、信念、行动情况,分析医护人员健康教育工作中存在的问题,并提出合理建议。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,运用自编问卷对医院的322名医护人员进行调查。结果不同学历、职业的医护人员健康教育知识知晓率存在差异(P〈0.05)。322名被调查者中,92.8%的被调查者认为在医护活动中实施健康教育很重要,60.5%的被调查者在医护工作中经常给病人讲解疾病预防的知识,57.1%的人会经常对病人的不良行为进行干预,参加过医院或专门健康教育机构组织的培训班的占73.6%,94.1%的被调查者愿意进一步接受专门的健康教育培训。结论很有必要提高医护人员健康教育培训率和广大医务人员的健康教育水平。

Abstract:Objective To survey the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) about health education among the doctors and nurses in grade Ⅲ level hospitals in a city of Zhejiang Province, and to analyze the problems and factors about the health education in hospital, and to put forward some reasonable proposals. Methods A questionnaire on knowledge, attitude, practice about health education was conducted among 322 doctors and nurses who were sampled by stratified random sampling. The knowledge, attitude, practice on health education of them were surveyed with this questionnaire. Results There were differences among the eases with different education qualification and profession. 92.8% of 322 surveyed eases thought that the health education played a very important role on implementation of health care. 60.5% of them often told the patients the knowledge of preventing disease during health care, and 57.1% of them often intervened the patients' un-health behaviors, and 73.6% of them had been trained by hospitals or professional health-education organizations, and 94. 1% of them were willing to receive specialized training in health education. Conclusion It is necessary to improve the training rate of health education for the medical staff and to raise their level of health education.
