| 摘 要： | 慢性病作为威胁我国居民健康的头号杀手，已引起社会各界的广泛关注，其防控刻不容缓。医 – 防整合是慢性病防控得以实现的最佳方式之一，面临着机遇和挑战。完善慢性病防控体系，建立新型防治团队，推进分级诊疗等是慢性病医 – 防整合的重要手段。

| Abstract: | Chronic diseases, being the major threat to population health in China, have aroused wide public concerns and the prevention and control of chronic diseases should not be delayed. Integration between medication and prevention is one of the best ways to control the epidemic of chronic diseases and there are both opportunities and challenges for the integration. Improving prevention and control system of chronic diseases, establishing a new type of prevention and treatment team, and promoting tiered diagnosis and treatment are important means for the integration of medication and prevention of chronic diseases. |
