| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨血脂、载脂蛋白含量与急性脑梗死的关系。方法 :选择脑梗死患者 90例 ,正常对照 6 0例 ,测定血清胆固醇 ( TC)、甘油三酯 ( TG)、载脂蛋白 A ,B( apo A ,B)的含量。结果 :脑梗死患者 TC,TG,apo B含量及异常率均显著高于对照组 ,分组显示大面积梗死中尤为异常 ,apo A 含量变化无显著差异。结论 :血脂代谢紊乱是脑梗死的危险因素。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:It is to explore the relationship between blood lipid and apolipoprotein levels and acute cerebral infarction.Methods:Total Cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG) and apolipoprotein AⅠ,B(apoAⅠ,B) in 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 normal control subjects were measured.Results:The levels and abnormality rates of TC,TG and apoB in patients with cerebral infarction were signiticantly higher than those in the controls.The levels in patients whose infarctions were >20mm in size were more significant.There was no significant difference in apoAⅠ levels between the patients with cerebral infarction and the controls.Conclusion:Disturbance of blood lipid metabolism is a risk factor for cerebral infarction. |
