摘    要:目的探讨延续照护对改善老年尘肺患者肺功能及生存质量的效果,寻求提高患者生存质量的方法。方法选择2012年10月至2013年2月期间出院的单纯I期尘肺60例,随机分成实验组和对照组,实验组在常规出院指导实施延续照护6个月,对照组只给予常规出院指导。分别于出院时与出院6个月后,测定两组患者的肺功能,同时应用中文版SF-36量表评估两组患者的生存质量。结果出院时两组的肺功能和SF-36量表评分差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),出院后6个月实验组的SF-36F量表中8个维度的得分均高于对照组,其中活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康4个领域的评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),但肺功能比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论延续照护能够有效改善尘肺患者的生存质量。

Influence of transitional care on pulmonary function and life quality of elder pneumoconiosis patients

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effects of transitional care on the lung function and quality of life in patients with pneumoconiosis. Methods Sixty discharged patients with pneumoconiosis of stage I from 2012 October to 2013 February were randomly assigned to the experiment group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). Those patients in experiment group were given with transitional care for 6 months added to routine care. Pulmonary function was determined and life quality was investigated with SF- 36 questionnaire in the two groups pre and post hospital. Results Pulmonary function and the SF - 36 scores in the two groups had no obvious difference before the transitional care (P 〉 0.05 ) , The experiment group was improved in the field of the vitality, social function, mental health, role emotional and mental health after transi- tional care(P 〈 0. 05 ). But pulmonary function had no obviously significance difference (P 〉0.05). Conclusion The results show that transitional care can effectively improve the life quality of eider pneumoconiosis patients.
