贫血对321例风心病患者围手术期治疗的影响

目的初步探讨贫血对风心病患者手术治疗的影响.方法回顾分析321例在我院行手术治疗的风心病病例.根据患者术前Hb分为贫血组和非贫血组.分析患者围手术期Hb变化情况、用血量的差异.结果风心病患者总体贫血发生率为17.4%.整个围手术期贫血组Hb均明显低于非贫血组.围手术期贫血组用血量明显高于非贫血组.结论慢性风心病患者贫血发生率较高,机制尚不清楚,贫血对患者围手术期治疗的影响显著,患者Hb水平显著降低,用血量显著增加.

Influence of anaemia on perioperative treatment of patients with rheumatic heart disease

Objective To study the influence of anaemia on the treatment of patients with rheumatic heart disease and valve replacement during perioperative period.Methods The data of 321 patients of rheumatic heart disease and valve replacement in our hospital were analyzed.According to preoperative Hb level,all patients were divided into anaemia group(male: Hb<120 g/L,female: Hb<110 g/L) and normal control.The change of Hb level and the volume of transfused blood during perioperative period were investigated.Results The total occurrence rate of anaemia before operation was 17.4%(56/321).During the perioperation,Hb was lower and the volume of transfused blood was more in the patients of anaemia group than that in the control group.Conclusion Anaemia caused the increasing of blood transfusion and the decreasing of Hb level in the perioperative treatment of patients with rheumatic heart disease and valve replacement.
