摘    要:目的:探讨回流提取新藤黄酸的最佳工艺。方法:以新藤黄酸含量为考察指标,采用正交试验法优选提取工艺。结果:溶剂的浓度对提取量有显著影响,其次的影响因素为提取时间、提取次数、溶剂的量。结论:提取新藤黄酸的最佳工艺为:12倍量的甲醇,提取3次,每次3 h。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the best extracting process of neo-gambogic acid.Methods:The content of neo-gambogic acid was used as observation index.The extracting process was optimized by orthogonal design.Results:The solvent concentration had more influence on extraction as compared with the other three factors,and the next influencing factors were as follows: Duration of extraction,times of extraction and amount of solvent.Conclusion:The optimum process was as follows:12 times of methanol,refluxing and extracting for 3 times,3 hours each time.
