| 摘 要： | 该文简要介绍了肿瘤干细胞(CSC)和神经内分泌肿瘤(NEN)近年来的发展状况,指出目前在NEN患者的临床诊疗中确实存在诊断困难、传统治疗效果差以及预后不佳的现象。随后阐述了关于NEN信号通路的最新研究进展,发现NEN中似乎也存在一些调控正常干细胞生长分化的信号通路,因此间接证实了NEN中存在神经内分泌肿瘤干细胞的可能性,并且认为神经内分泌肿瘤干细胞的耐药性可能是造成NEN临床疗效差的重要原因。 |

| Abstract: | The article has briefly outlined the development status ot cancer stem ceU（ CbC ） and neuroenclo- trine neoplasm（NEN） and points out that the status quo of diffieuh diagnosis and poor prognosis of traditional therapy to NEN does exist. Then, the recent progresses about signal pathways of NEN are expounded, and it＇s found that there are signal pathways regulating the growth and differentiation of normal stem cells in NEN, which gives indirect evidence to the existence of neuroendocrine tumor cancer stem ceils and holds that the drug resistance in neuroendoerlne tumor cancer stem cells mav be an important reason for the noor clinical effects of NEN. |
