| 宫颈薄层液基细胞学检测2435例结果分析 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的报告我科对TCT检测异常的335例患者行活体病理组织学检查的结果及相关发病因素的分析。方法回顾性分析2005年2月-2009年2月我科宫颈新柏氏TCT检查结果。TCT检查异常者行活体病理组织学检查,并对其年龄、好发年龄段、HPV感染率等因素进行分析。结果TCT检查异常者2435例,宫颈炎1435例,占61.2%;C IN1 231例,占9.9%;C IN2 301例,占12.8%;C IN3 294例,占12.5%;磷癌(SCC)49例,占2.1%;腺癌(AC)28例,占1.2%;粘液癌(MC)7例,占0.3%。各种宫颈疾病的好发年龄段为26~50岁。2435例TCT检测异常的病例中,HPV检出476例,占20.3%。结论我院TCT检查与病理诊断的符合率,HPV感染率,TCT检查与病理活检癌的准确率,年龄分析,好发年龄段等各指标与同行一致。 |
