| 摘 要： | 目的：总结应用微创粉碎清除术治疗高血压性脑出血的护理体会。方法：对80例患者进行回顾性研究，分析术前、术后护理。结果：治疗80例患者，总有效率78．75％，病死率15．0％。结论：微创粉碎清除术操作简便．对高血压性脑出血有满意的临床治疗效果，术前做好心理护理，术后加强基础护理，积极防治并发症，保持引流管通畅，控制血压，了解药物的性质及作用，是治疗取得成功的基础和保证。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To summarize the nursing care of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage treated with microinvasive drainage. Methods:The nursing care of preoperation and postoperation for eighty cases was retrospectively reviewed. Results:The total effective rate was 78.75% for therapy cases and the fatality rate was 15.0%. Conclusion:Microinvasive drainage is a simple method for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.The effect of therapy is clinical satisfied. Before operation,to do well psychological nursing care ,to prevent the accompanied disease actively ,to keep the fluency of drainage pipe ,to control the blood pressure and to understand the character and function of medicine are the basis and quarantee of the successful therapy |
