糖尿病肾功能衰竭患者血液透析并发症分析

目的：减少进行维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者透析并发症，提高其存活率。方法：选择糖尿病肾病患者32例，男19例，女13例，均排除其他肾脏疾病，就其透析常见并发症加以分析。结果：透析中常见的并发症是低血压、高血压、贫血、心律失常、感染、浆膜腔积液、低血糖及胃轻瘫。结论：长期进行血液透析的患者各种并发症的发生，降低了其存活率，要积极地控制血糖、血压，改善营养状况及贫血，充分进行透析，并发症可以得到有效控制。

Analysis of the complications of hemodialisis in patiens with diabetic nephropathy

Objective ：In order to decrease complications of diabetic nephropathy patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis,to improve their survival rate. Methods：Selecting 32 DN patients with maintenance hemodialysis,19 cases of them were men,the other were women. All of them had no other kindey diseases history. Analysed common complications of them during the hemodialysis. Results： The common complications were hypotension,hypertension,arrhythmia,infection,serous effusion,hlicopenia. Conclusion： Because the high incidence of complications reduce the patients survival rate,we should positireil control blood sugar ,blood pressure,blood fat,inprore nutition situation,anemia,and give enough hemodialysis to reduce incidence of its complications efficiently.
