腺苷三磷酸-氯化镁对失血性休克大鼠血压及微循环的影响

摘    要:观察了腺苷三磷酸 氯化镁对失血性休克大鼠的血压及肠系膜微循环动态变化的影响.结果提示,腺苷三磷酸 氯化镁能显著地改善失血性休克大鼠肠系膜的微循环,并对动脉血压有明显的回升作用.单用腺苷三磷酸或氯化镁的效应不佳.

Abstract:In this assay we have observed the therapeutic effects of ATP magnesium chloride on blood pressure and microcirculation of the rats when they were on the condition of hemorrhagic shock.The results indicated that adenosine triphosphate magnesium has a notable effects for improving microcirculation of mesenlerium by picking the arterial blood pressure up.The effects of adenosine triphosphate magnesium chloride on antihemorrhagic shock is much superior to those using ATP or magnesium chloride only.
