| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中成药不良反应的特点和相关因素,为临床安全用药提供参考。方法对本院2010年1月～2012年1月间报告的300例中成药不良反应病例资料进行分析。结果发生不良反应的患者以50岁以上为主,给药途径以静脉用药为主,共279例(93.0%),以皮肤及其附件损害最为多见。结论应重视中成药不良反应监测工作,加强质量监管,促进临床安全合理用药。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the characteristics and related factors of the adverse drug reactions of Chinese patent drug and to provide a reference for clinical drug safety.Methods The clinical data of 300 adverse drug reactions of Chinese patent drug were selected and analyzed.Results The patients with adverse drug reactions were mainly over 50 years old.The main route of administration was intravenous administration and the cases were 279(93.0%).The main damage was skin and its annex.Conclusions We should pay attention to the monitor work of adverse drug reactions of Chinese patent drug and enhance the supervising quality to promote safety and rational use of drugs. |
