肛管直肠周围脓肿一次性根治术的治疗体会

目的总结肛管直肠周围脓肿一次性根治术的诊治经验。方法回顾性分析肛门直肠周围脓肿44例,根据肛门直肠周围脓肿类型采用单纯切开引流术、切开引流加挂线术与一次性切开根治术治疗。结果术后各组恢复顺利,无严重并发症。结论直肠肛管周围脓肿传统的治疗方法是先切开引流,待脓肿缩小,管道纤维化,继发肛瘘后再行第二次手术治疗。这不但会给患者带来再次手术的痛苦,也使疗程大为延长,还加重了患者的经济负担。肛管直肠周围脓肿一次性切开根治术是可行的,可以减少二次手术的痛苦,同时也减轻患者的经济负担。

Experience of one-time radical surgery for treating anorectal abscess

Objective To summarize the treating experience of one-time radical resection for anorectal abscess.Methods A retrospective analysis of anorectal abscess in 44 cases were conducted in three groups.Simple incision,incision and drainage together with Hung surgery,and the one-time resection cut method were used in three groups.The course of treatment,the cose of treatment,and the agony of were analyzed respectively.Results The simple incision and drainage method may increase the agony of patients,the extend course of treatment,and increase the treatment cost.The one-time resection cut method can avoid the agony of a second surgery for patients,shorten the course of treatment,and reduce costs.Conclusions One-time cut radical surgery has more advantages,and it can be given priority in practice.
