流行性出血热少尿期的护理体会

目的：总结流行性出血热少尿期的护理经验。方法：回顾分析103例流行性出血热少尿期的治疗及护理。结果：治愈98例，死亡5例，总有效率95%。结论：⑴流行性出血热少尿期应密切观察病情变化，按时测量血压，详细记录出入量；⑵补液原则应量出为入，防止水电解质紊乱，预防高血容量综合征及高血钾等并发症的发生；⑶做好饮食护理，限制蛋白质的摄入，供应高生物效价蛋白质。

The nursing experience in oliguric stage of epidemic hemorrhagic fever

Objective: To explore the nursing experience in oliguric stage of epidemic hemorrhagic fever.Method: Report the experience in nursing and treatment of 103 cases with oliguric stage of epidemic hemorrhagec fever.Results:98 cases cured,5 cases died,overall effective rate is 95%.Conclusions : (1) Close observation over patient's condition measuring blood pressure on time, record output and input in detaii;(2) The principle of fluid compensation must quantitate inlet for oulet so as to prevent water electrolyte imbablance.hyperkalemia and heart syndrome;(3) Nursing on diet preventiong intake of protein and accommodating high effective protein epide.
