突发性阴茎阴囊坏疽6例

[背景 ]突发性阴茎阴囊坏疽是一种极严重的少见疾病 .[病例报告 ]自 1989年 5月～1998年 4月间共收治 6例 ,其中阴茎皮肤坏疽 3例 ,阴囊皮肤坏疽 3例 .[讨论 ]临床特点是病情发展迅速 ,在较短时间内阴茎和阴囊肿痛 ,坏死 ,渗液 ,有恶臭 ,患者全身中毒症状明显等 .治疗上联合使用多种有效抗生素 ,及早切开引流和切除坏死组织 ,适时移植皮瓣或缝合伤口、修补创面 .

Six case reports of sudden gangrene of penis and scrotum

BACKGROUND Sudden gangrene of penis scrotum is a serious and rare disease. CASE REPORT Out of 6 cases of sudden gangrenes of penis and scrotum from May 1989 to April 1998,3 cases were gangrene of penis, 3 cases were gangrene of scrotum.DISCUSSION The clinical oharactaistics of this disease were that the exacerbation of patients's condition was quick, swelling pain, necrosis,exudation,cacosmia and intoxication of the whole body in short periods. In the treatment of sudden gangrenes of penis and scrotum, it was necessary for using combined available anti inflammatory agent, incision and drainage, removal of necrosis tissue at an early date, grafting skin flap at the right moment and repairing wound.
