| 摘 要： | 采用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）和酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ），分别检测１３２例各型肝病患者和１２０例献血员血清ＴＴＶ－ＤＮＡ和抗ＴＴＶ－ＩｇＧ。结果两种方法的检出率有较大的差异。ＰＣＲ法的敏感度和重复性均优于ＥＬＩＳＡ法。病毒在肝病患者中的阳性率显著高于献血员（Ｐ〈０．０５），提示ＴＴ病毒可能与肝脏疾病有相关性。

| Abstract: | TTV-DNA and anti-TTV-IgG of the sera of the patients with hepatic diseases(132 cases) and the blood donors(120 cases) were detected simultaneously by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The results showed that the sensitivity and repeatability of the PCR method was better than ELISA. And the positive rate of TTV in the patients with hepatic diseases was significantly higher than that of the blood donors(P<0.05), indicating that TTV was responsible for the hepatic diseases. |
