| 摘 要： | 目的：探索坐骨神经损伤后睫状节神经营养因子ＣＮＴＦ的表达变化。方法：采用抗ＣＮＴＦ抗体以Ｗｅｓｔｅｒｎ Ｂｌｏｔ方法检测大鼠损伤两周坐骨神经远侧端和正常神经中ＣＮＴＦ表达。结果：正常神经组织中在２２ｋＤ处有特异性ＣＮＴＦ阳性反应条带，在损伤两周的坐骨神经远侧端中尚未出现ＣＮＴＦ阳性反应条带。结论：正常成年鼠坐骨神经中ＣＮＴＦ表达处于一定的水平。神经损伤两周后的坐骨神经远侧端中ＣＮＴＦ表达明显减少。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe CNTF changes in injuried sciatic nerve for 2wk.Methods: By anti-CNTF antibody, Western Blot was used to exam the different expression of CNTF in the distal stump of transected sciatic nerve for 2wk and normal sciatic nerve.Results: Special positive band was found around 22kD in normal nerve , no band in the distal stump of the injuried sciatic nerve. Conclusion:The expression of CNTF was in normal level in the normal sciatic nerve and decreased significantly in the distal stump of injuried nerve. [ |
