| 摘 要： | 本文从法律地位、资格准入条件、奖励办法、法律责任等方面，将《执业药师》与《执业药师资格制度管理暂行规定》进行了对比分析，认为根据党中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定和中国加入WTO的现实，应尽快出台《执业药师法》。
