| 摘 要： | 十二指肠血管压迫综合征是指肠系膜上动脉或其分支结肠中动脉压迫十二指肠水平段引起的恶心、呕吐和腹胀等一系列临床症状;上消化道钡餐造影、CT、腹部彩色多普勒超声是常用的检查方法;外科治疗首选十二指肠空肠吻合术,腹腔镜手术得到初步尝试并获成功,其远期疗效有待进一步评估。 |

| Abstract: | Duodenal vascular compression syndrome is a series of clinical symtoms characterized by nausea,vomiting,abdominal distention,weight loss, and postprandial distress.The syndrome is caused by compression of the third part of the duodenum in the angle between the aorta and the superior mesenteric artery.Upper GI seris,CT,abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography are common check-up.Jejunoduodenostomy is the first choice for surgical treatment.Laparoscopic surgery has been actualized successfully,but its late results still need further evaluation. |
