摘    要:目的建立茜草双酯固体分散体中茜草双酯含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法:色谱柱为Eurospher 100-5 C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-水(80:20);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:264nm。结果茜草双酯在20.0~100.0μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.25%,RSD为1.13%。结论本方法专属性好,灵敏、可靠,适用于茜草双酯类制剂药物浓度的检测。

Abstract:Aim To establish a method to determine the content of rubidate in rubidate solid dispersion by HPLC. Methods HPLC was used to determine the content of rubidate in rubidate solid dispersion. The separation was performed on Eurospher C18 (250mm ×4.6mm, 5μm) column with methanol-water (80: 20) as the mobil phase. The flow rate was 1.0mL/min and the wavelength was UV 264nm. Results The linear response range from 20.0 - 100.0μg·mL^-1 (r = 0. 999 8). The recovery rate was 100.25%, RSD = 1.13%. Conclusion The HPLC method, specific, sensitive and reliable, can be used in the detection of drug concentration.
