| 摘 要： | 患者，男，36岁，因上腰部交通事故伤伴双下肢不全截瘫ld入院。检查：上腰部后正中广泛压痛，以棘突平面最明显。股前中部（包括会阴部）感觉减退，肛门括约肌肌力减弱，肛周与提睾反射恢复。下肢主要关键肌肌力为Ⅲ级，截瘫程度按Frankel分级为C级。X线片检查：T12椎体中部横行骨折，椎体压缩与移位不明显。MRI示：在T2加权像上，椎体中部横行骨折向后累及上关节突与棘突上部。椎体前柱轻度压缩，
