| 摘 要： | 目的 比较刀豆及其伪品常春油麻藤种子所含的蛋白质成分的差异.方法 采用SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳法对刀豆及其伪品的蛋白成分进行了分析比较.结果 根据所含蛋白质成分的不同,可以有效的区分刀豆及其伪品.结论 本法灵敏度高,区别明显,重复性好,操作简便,可用于刀豆的鉴别

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To distinguish the protein between semen canavaliae and its adulterant. METHODS The SDS-PAGE method was adopted to compare the difference of semen canavaliae and its adulterant. RESULTS According to the different protein ingredient, semen canavaliae and its adulterant can easily be diffierentiated. CONCLUSION The method is highly sensitive,with good accuracy and repeatability. It can be used in the identity of semen canavaiiae. |
