摘    要:近年来,由镍钛形状记忆合金材料制成的骨科植入物种类越来越多,使用越来越广泛。其优异的形状记忆功能及低磁性、抗磨损、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳的特性使其在骨科植入物方面表现突出。由于其较好的组织相容性及弹性,可适应各种临床需要,也得到了广大医生的青睐。而镍钛形状记忆合金植入物产生影响的因素也是复杂多样的,这些因素对植入物在体内是否能发挥预期的作用至关重要。本文将对镍钛形状记忆合金植入物应用的研究现状及进展进行综述。

Abstract:In recent years, there has been an increasing variety and use of orthopedic implants made from nickel-titanium shape-memory alloy. Its excellent shape memory function and low magnetism, anti-wear, anti-corrosion, anti-fatigue characteristics make it outstanding in orthopedic internal fixation. Because of its good histocompatibility and flexibility, it can adapt to a variety of clinical needs, and has been favored by the majority of doctors. The factors that affect shape-memory alloy implants are also complex and varied, and they are critical to whether the implant performs the desired function in the body. In this review, the current status and progress in the application of shape-memory alloy implants will be reviewed.
