| 摘 要： | 病毒是严重威胁人类健康的一种微生物，它与感染性疾病、免疫紊乱、肿瘤等发病密切相关。随着病毒微生物学、分子遗传学、免疫学及诊断技术的发展，针对病毒靶点定向设计的药物取得突破性进展。该文就抗病毒药物的作用机制进行综述，分别介绍抗流感病毒药物、抗疱疹病毒药物、抗乙型肝炎病毒药物、抗艾滋病病毒药物等，并对新型抗病毒药物的研究趋势进行展望。 |

| Abstract: | Virus is threatening human heath seriously, which is related to infectious diseases, immune disorders,virus-related tumors,etc.. With the development of viral biology, molecular genetics, immunology and advanced diagnostic techniques, a breakthrough result about the design of specific drugs with directed virus targets has been ohtained. Here is to make a review of the action mechanisms of antiviral drugs,including antiviral drugs for influenza,anti-herpes virus drug,anti-HBV drugs and anti-HIV drugs,etc. ,and new antivira] research trends are in prospect. |
