| 摘 要： | 近年来实验研究表明,大蒜素具有抗肿瘤细胞增殖及促肿瘤细胞凋亡的生物学作用。部分实验研究表明大蒜素能抑制肿瘤细胞的生长,如白血病、肝癌、胃癌和卵巢癌细胞等,但目前对其诱导细胞凋亡的机制还不清楚。 |

| Abstract: | Recently,some evidences suggest that allicin has been shown anti-proliferative and pro-apoptotic effects on tumor cell. Several studies in the past several years have shown that allicin was able to inhibit the growth of a wide variety of tumor cells,including leukmic,hepatic,gastric and ovarian cells.However,the mechanism how allicin executes anti-proliferation and pro-apoptotic effect on tumor cell is still unclear. |
