2008-2010年杭州地区25家医院国家基本药物中成药使用情况分析

摘    要:
目的:为促进临床合理用药提供参考。方法:通过调查,比较、分析2008-2010年杭州地区25家医院国家基本药物中成药品种数及销售金额,并对其采购金额进行排名。结果:2008-2010年,杭州地区25家医院中成药基本药物品种数基本不变,分别为72、72、73种,但采购金额增长速度均低于同期医院总体药品增长趋势。基本药物采购金额排名前20位中,以中药注射剂类药物所占比例最大。结论:国家基本药物中成药在杭州地区25家医院的执行情况较好,但医务人员对基本药物的认同和理解,以及临床合理用药方面仍需努力。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To provide reference for rational drug use of Chinese patent drugs in the clinic. METHODS: The types and consumption sum of essential Chinese patent drugs in 25 hospital of Hangzhou area during 2008 -- 2010 were analyzed comparatively, and cost rank of essential Chinese patent drugs was carried out. RESULTS: The varieties number of essential Chi- nese patent drugs in 25 hospitals from Hangzhou area during 2008--2010 kept constant, which were 72, 72 and 73 varieties respec- tively. The growth rate of drug cost was lower than that of total drug cost in the hospital at the same stage. Among top 20 drugs in the list of drug cost, TCM injection took up the largest proportion. CONCLUSION: The implementation of national essential drug list in 25 hospital of Hangzhou is satisfactory; however, it still needs to improve the acceptation and understanding of medical staff on essential drugs, and rational drug use is also an important task in the future.
