| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨药品不良反应(ADR)监测模式对临床合理用药的积极作用,以期为医疗机构开展ADR监测提供参考。方法:介绍我院开展ADR监测的机构、采取措施、宣传方式、教育培训、信息收集、参与临床实践等方面的经验与体会。结果:该监测模式能及时发现ADR,有效预警ADR的重复发生,促进临床合理用药,确保患者用药安全。结论:我院ADR监测模式有效、可行,值得借鉴和推广。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To investigate the roles of adverse drug reaction （ADR） monitoring modes on clinical rational drug use, and to provide reference for the development of ADR monitoring in hospital. METHODS： The experience of the development of ADR monitoring in our hospital was introduced in respects of institutions, measures, publicizing methods, education and train- ing, information collection and clinical practice. RESULTS： The ADR mode could discover ADR in time, effectively prevent ADR, promote rational drug use, and ensure safe drug use in patients. CONCLUSION： ADR monitoring mode of our hospital is ef- fective, practicable and be worthy of promoting. |
