3种丹参复方制剂治疗冠心病心绞痛的最小成本分析

目的:比较3种丹参复方制剂治疗心绞痛的成本和效果。方法:按入选标准从253例病历中筛选出116例有效病历,按照不同的药物治疗方案进行分组,A组38例,静脉滴注注射用丹参多酚酸盐200mg;B组37例,静脉滴注参芎葡萄糖注射液200mL;C组41例,静脉滴注丹参川芎嗪注射液10mL。3组均为每日1次,疗程均为14d。统计3组疗效及费用,并运用最小成本法进行分析。结果:A、B、C组心绞痛改善总有效率分别为84.21%、81.08%、78.05%,两两比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);住院总成本分别为(8223.70±441.91)、(4938.70±117.82)、(4657.44±120.01)元,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:从经济学角度看,丹参川芎嗪注射液为较佳治疗方案。

Cost-minimization Analyses of 3 Kinds of Danshen Compound Agents on Coronary Heart Disease with An- gina Pectoris

OBJECTIVE： To compare the cost and effectiveness of 3 kinds of Danshen compound agents on angina pectoris （AP）. METHODS： A total of t 16 cases in accordance to diagnosis standard were screened from 253 cases. According to therapeu- tic schemes, they were divided into 3 groups. 38 cases in group A received Salvianolate for injection 200 mg qd intravenously; 37 cases in group B were given Shenqiong glucose injection 200 mL qd intravenously; 41 cases in group C were given Danshen ligust- razine injection 10 mL qd intravenously. The treatment course lasted for 14 d. Therapeutic efficacy and cost of 3 groups were ana- lyzed by cost-minimization method. RESULTS： The total effective rates of AP improvement were 84.21%, 81.08% and 78.05%, respectively. There were no significant differences among 3 groups （P〉0.05）. The cost for 3 groups were （8 223.70 ± 441.91）yu- an, （4 938.70 ± 117.82） yuan and （4 657.44 ± 120.01） yuan, respectively. There were significant differences between any two groups（P〈0.001）. CONCLUSION： From the point of view of economics, Danshen lignstrazine injection is optimal among 3 kinds of Danshen agents.
