医用药品冷藏箱内温度均匀性考察

摘    要:目的:通过测量医用药品冷藏箱内不同位置的温度来考察冷藏箱内的温度变化,为其合理使用提供参考。方法:利用钢丝搁物架将立式医用冷藏箱的有效容积分为上、中、下3层,设置显示温度分别为3.6、6.3℃,分别用水银温度计测量比较不同高度搁物架的左前、右前、中、左后、右后的温度差异。结果:冷藏箱内实际温度与显示屏的显示温度有偏差,且内部温度分布不均匀,从上到下的实际温度呈递减变化,上、中层实际温度与显示温度最接近,相同高度靠近开门的位置温度较高;显示3.6℃时,实际温度有负值;显示6.3℃时,相同高度的实际温度有一定均匀性,且不同位置温差较小。结论:建议修改冷藏箱设定显示温度,使其实际温度在2~8℃内;对存放温度要求严格的药品最好选择上中部位置;液体制剂避免放置在冷藏箱的下部,以免冰冻,影响药品的质量。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To observe the temperature changes of deepfreeze case though measuring the temperature of different positions in medical deepfreeze case, and to provide reference for rational use of deepfreeze cases. METHODS: We use holders of steel wire to separate the valid volume of deepfreeze case into 3 parts: upper, middle and lower, and the displayed temperatures were set at 3.6 ℃ and 6.3 ℃. Mercurial thermometers were used to measure the temperature of left anterior, right anterior, mid- dle, left rear and right rear parts at different height of holders respectively. RESULTS: Difference existed between measured temper- atures and displayed temperatures of deepfreeze case, and the temperature of deepfreeze case distributed unevenly, showing a sca- lar change. The measured temperature of up and middle parts were close to displayed temperature, and the temperature of nearest exit part was the highest at the same height; when displayed temperature was 3.6 ℃, measured temperature had negative value; when displayed temperature was 6.3 ℃ , measured temperatures of different positions at same height had small difference and showed homogeneity. CONCLUSIONS: It is suggested to reset the displayed temperature so as to obtain measured temperature of 2-8 ℃; drugs which are strict with storage temperature should be stored in upper and middle parts; liquid preparation can not be placed in lower part to avoid frozen resulting in the damage of drug quality.
