摘    要:目的:观察维库溴铵对清醒、麻醉状态下兔的定量药物脑电图(QPEEG)的影响。方法:取家兔分为清醒组和麻醉组,每组8只,均静脉注射维库溴铵0.3mg·kg-1,麻醉组给药前静脉注射戊巴比妥钠进行麻醉。应用QPEEG,采用功率谱分析法,分析清醒组给药前和给药后5~35min时、麻醉组给药前和给药后0.5~10min时8个脑区和δ、θ、α1、α2、β1、β2频段的脑电活动变化。结果:清醒组中,与给药前比较,给药后8个脑区的δ频段功率百分比在给药后5~35min时均明显增加(P<0.01),各脑区的θ(除左、右额(P<0.01或P<0.05)外)、α1、α2频段功率百分比基本无明显改变(P>0.05),β1、β2频段功率百分比明显降低(P<0.01);给药后各时间点间比较,8个脑区的6个频段功率百分比均无明显变化(P>0.05)。麻醉组:给药前、后各时间点间比较,8个脑区的6个频段功率百分比均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:在清醒状态下维库溴铵明显增加了兔QPEEGδ频段功率百分比,降低β1、β2频段功率百分比;在麻醉状态下维库溴铵对兔QPEEG无明显影响。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of vecuronium on quantitative pharmaco-electroencephalography (QPEEG) in conscious and anesthesia rabbits and establish its model. METHODS: Rabbits were divided into conscious group and anaesthesia group with 8 rabbits in each group. They were all given vecuronium 0.3 mg.kg-L intravenously, and anaesthesia group was addition- ally anaesthetized by pentobarbital intravenously before medication. Based on QPEEG, EEG changes of rabbits in 8 brain regions and 6 bands power (δ,θ, α1, α2,β1,β2) were checked in conscious group before medication and 5-35 min after medication and in anaesthesia group before medication and 0.5-10 min after medication by power spectral analysis. RESULTS: For conscious rab- bits, compared with before administration, the percentage of the δ band power in 8 brain regions increased notably 5-35 min after administration (P〈0.01); the percentage of θ (except for left and right forehead, P〈0.01 or P〈0.05), α1, α2 band power had no significant change in any brain regions (P〉0.05) ; while that of β1, β2 band power lowered remarkably (P〈0.01). Compared with different time points after administration, the percentages of 6 bands power had no obvious variation in 8 brain regio- ns at each time point (P〉0.05). For anesthesia group, the percentage of each band power had no significant change in various brain regions at each time point before and after administration (P〉0.05). CONCLUSION: Vecuronium can increase the percentage of δ band power and lower β1,β2 band power in conscious rabbits. Vecuronium have no significant effect on QPEEG in anesthesia rabbits.
