英山县2001～2005年五岁以下儿童死亡情况分析

目的为制订降低英山县五岁以下儿童死亡率干预措施,推广儿童保健适宜技术,提高儿童生存质量提供依据。方法收集英山县2001～2005年五岁以下儿童死亡报告卡及逐年上报的年报表进行统计分析。结果2001～2005年英山县五岁以下儿童死亡率、婴儿死亡率、新生儿死亡率分别是12.99‰、11.35‰、8.09‰;前五位死亡原因依次为:新生儿窒息、意外死亡、早产低出生体重、肺炎、先天畸形。结论降低五岁以下儿童死亡率必须加强围产期保健,提高住院分娩率,提高产前筛查和产前诊断普及率,推广新生儿窒息复苏新技术,加强散居儿童安全防范意识,预防感染性疾病的发生。

Analysis of Death Situation of Children Under Five Years Old in Yingshan County During 2001-2005

Objective To study the death situation of the children under five years old in Yingshan County during 2001-2005. Method Death report cards of the children under the age of five from 2001 to 2005 were collected and the statistical data of annual report forms were analyzed. Result Child mortality with one years old to five years old in Yingshan County was respectively 12.99‰ from 2001 to 2005; 11.35‰ with twenty nine days old to one years old; 8.09‰ with neonate. Top five causes of death were asphyxia of newborn, accidental death, preterm low birth weight, pneumonia, congenital deformity. Conclusion In order to lower the child mortality under the age of five in Yingshan County, it is necessary to strengthen perinatal care, improve the rate of hospital deliveries, elevate prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis, generalize the new technologies of resuscitation, reinforce awareness of safety precautions for child, prevent infectious diseases.
