| 摘 要： | 目的探讨地震灾害中颅脑损伤的特点及救治经验。方法回顾性分析了我院在2008年5月12日地震灾害中收治的281例颅脑损伤伤员。结果281例颅脑损伤伤员中，重型46例，中型132例，轻型103例。开颅手术58例，其中开放性颅脑损伤11例，闭合性损伤47例，死亡4例，重残6例，中残18例，轻残36例，痊愈201例，转送上级医院16例。结论地震灾害中大量的颅脑损伤伤员，经快速合理的组织协调，准确掌握病情，合理的治疗，及时手术，可以提高救治成功率，降低残废率。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the feature and treatment of craniocerebral injury in earthquake. Methods The clinical data of 281 patients with cranioeerebral injury caused in Wenchuan Earthquake were analyzed. Results Forty-six of the 282 patients were with severe craniocorebral injuries, 132 with moderate injuries, and 103 with mild injuries. Fifty-eight patients, 11 of which suffered from open craniocerebral injuries and 47 with closed injuries, underwent craniotomy. Four of the patients died. Six of them were severely disabled, 18 moderately disabled, and 36 mildly disabled. 201 of the patients were cured, and 16 transferred for further special treatment. Conclusion Craniocerebral injury is common in earthquake. Appropriate medical treatment helps raise the cure rate. |
