| 摘 要： | 目的分析海洛因依赖者的临床特征.方法符合CCMD-2-R海洛因依赖诊断标准,以自编表格对住院305例成瘾者进行调查.结果依赖者年龄在30岁以下(78.4%),半数以上为无业者(58.9%),个体户占24.3%,初中以下文化程度占88.4%.以烫吸(40.3%)及静脉注射(38.7%)为主,临床上具有明显的躯体症状及戒断症状和人格改变.结论出院后短期复吸率很高,加强心理及康复治疗很有必要.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the clinic features of persons with heroin abuse.Methods:Scales made of by ourselves were used to measure 300 patients with heroin abuse who met CCMD\|2\|R criteria.Results:78.4% of them were younger than 30 year old.58.9% of them was no\|job.24.3% of them was private businessman.88.4% of them was educated less than junior middle school.40.3% of them was chasing dragon.38.7% of them was intravenous injection and there were significant withdrawal,physical symptom and personality changes.Conclusion:Recurrence rate of narcotic taking was higher after discharge in a short time.It was necessary to strengthen rehabilitative and psychotherapy. |
