阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症的对照研究

目的：探讨阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的疗效及不良反应。方法：以阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗精神分裂症各30例作对照研究，采用阳性症状与阴性症状量表（PANSS）、治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评定疗效及不良反应。结果：利培酮组有效率83.3％，显效率53．3％；阿立哌唑组有效率86．7％，显效率73.3％；阿立哌唑组锥体外系反应轻微。结论：两药治疗精神分裂症均有确切疗效，阿立哌唑是一种有效、耐受性较好的新型抗精神病药。

A comparative study between aripiprazole and risperidone in treetment schizophrenia

Objective TO research the therapeutic and side effects of aripiparazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods Thirty schizophrenic patients were treated with risperidone as the contrdled group. The efficacy was measured with the positive and negative symp- toms scale（PANSS）,while the adverse events were determined by the treatment emergent symptoms scale （TESS）. Results The efficacy rate of risperidone was 83.3% ,in which 53.3% were improved markedly. The efficacy rate of aripiprozole was 86.7%,in which 73.3% were improled markedly. Conclusion It is suggested that both drugs are effective exactly in the treatment of schizophrenic patient. Aripiprazole is an effective antipsychotic drug with tewer side effets.
