| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨ESWL治疗646例输尿管结石效果，分析了20例治疗效果较差的原因。方法：采用低能量增加冲击次数的治疗方法，治疗前行B超，KUB，同位素肾图及IVU等检查，治疗后行B超，KUB或IVU复查及临床随访，结果：一次成功53．9％，复治率46．1％，总成功率96．9％。结论：提示采用低能量增加冲击次数，同样可以联得较好的碎石效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of ESWL on the treatment for ureteral calculus. Methods: Low intensity ESWL was employed to treat ureteral calculus in 646 patients. All patients underwent examination of B ultrasonography, KUB X-ray, and intravenous urography (IVU) before and after treatment. Results: The successful rate of the first ESWL was 53.9%, the repeated lithotripsy rate was 46.1% and the total successful rate was 96.9%. Conclusion: The low intensity ESWL was as effective as normal intensity ESWL on disintegrating ureteral calculus. |
