2005年莱芜市莱城区个体诊所卫生现状调查

[目的]了解莱芜市莱城区个体诊所的卫生现状，加强监督管理。[方法]采用现场调查和抽样检测的方法，对莱城区252家个体诊所进行调查。[结果]发现有4．4％的单位医务人员资质不全，有9．9％的单位治疗室未单设，医务人员手部消毒合格率仅为76．9呒，有54．8％的单位医疗文书不全。[结论]医务人员资质、消毒隔离和医疗文书应作为今后监督的重点，加大监督的力度和频率。

Investigation on Hygienic Status of Private Clinics in Laicheng District of Laiwu City in 2005

[Objective]To understand the hygienic status of private clinics in Laicheng district,strengthen supervision and management.[Methods]On-the-spot investigation was conducted in 252 clinics and randomly selected samples were tested.[Results]Lack of qualification for the practice of medicine was found in 4.4% of the clinics and no separate room for treatment in 9.9% of the clinics.The qualified rate for hand sterilization of the medical staff was 76.9%.There was no total record concerning medical work in 54.8% of the clinics.[Conclusion]Supervision and management should be strengthened to the qualification of the doctors for the practice of medicine,sterilization,isolation and medical record (notes case).
