基于因子分析肝郁证证候特点的古代文献研究

目的：探讨因子分析在中医证候研究中的应用,为规范化肝郁证证候特点提供科学依据。方法：利用中医大型电子图书《中华医典》,从民国以前中国历代医学古籍720余部进行检索,规范化后得到频数在5%以上的肝郁证症状18个进行因子分析。结果：特征根等于1的情况下提取8个公因子,其累计贡献率为62.08%。最大方差旋转后,得出在古代文献中肝郁证共包含肝气不舒、胃肠不适、脾气虚、热象4组症状。结论：古代文献中记载的肝郁证证候特点与现代所用标准相吻合;因子分析方法在一定程度上揭示了肝郁证证候的主要特点,在中医证侯研究中有很好的应用前景。

The Research of Syndrome Characteristics of Liver-depression Syndrome in Ancient Literature Based on Factor Analysis

Objective：By investigating the implementation of Factor Analysis in TCM syndrome research,the scientific foundation for the normalization of liver-depression syndrome characteristics is established.Methods：Using the large-scale electronic book Chinese Canon of Medicine,and searching over 720 Chinese ancient medical books before the period of the Republic of China,18 types of liver-depression syndromes with frequency number larger than 5% can be obtained after normalization,and ready for factor analysis.Results：Making the characteristic root equals to one,8 common factors are extracted,with the accumulative contribution rate 62.08%.By means of maximum variance rotation,we can deduce that liver-depression syndromes in ancient documents consist of four series of syndromes：disorder of the liver qi,gastrointestinal discomfort,spleen qi deficiency and thermal imaging.Conclusion：The characteristics of liver-depression syndromes recorded in ancient documents coincide with modern standards;factor analysis,to some degree,reveals the main characteristics of liver-depression syndromes,and would have very good application in the research on TCM syndromes.
