返魂草提取物对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜炎症反应的调节作用

目的：探讨返魂草提取物对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜炎症反应的调节作用。方法：采用冰醋酸注射法制备大鼠胃溃疡模型,随机分为模型组、雷尼替丁组（西药组）、返魂草低剂量组（低剂量组）、返魂草中剂量组（中剂量组）和返魂草高剂量组（高剂量组）,设立正常对照组（空白组）。在光镜下观察大鼠溃疡炎症细胞密度,应用EL-LISA法检测血清及胃黏膜EGF及TNF-α含量。结果返魂草提取物各剂量组均能使再生黏膜炎症细胞密度减少,与模型组比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0.01）,返魂草中剂量组及高剂量组疗效优于西药组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。模型组胃黏膜TNF-α水平较空白对照组明显增加（P〈0.01）,血清TNF-α水平也有一定程度的上升（P〈0.05）,返魂草提取物治疗组胃黏膜TNF-α水平明显低于模型组（P〈0.01）。治疗组血清及胃黏膜EGF含量较模型组及空白组升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：返魂草提取物能减轻炎症细胞的浸润,抑制炎性细胞因子的释放,从而促进胃溃疡的愈合,提高胃溃疡愈合质量。

The Regulation Effect of Senecio Cannabifolius Less Extract on Mucosal Inflammation of Rat Gastric Ulcer Healing

Objective：To study the effect of Extract Isolated from Senecio Cannabifolius Less on inflammatory reaction in rat gastric mucosa of ulcer healing. Methods：The model of gastric ulcer was constructed by injection of acetic acid. The rats were randomly divided into Model group,Ranitidine group,group of low dose of Senecio cannabifolius Less extract,group of medium dose of Senecio cannabifolius Less extract ,group of high dose of Senecio cannabifolius Less extract and Normal control group. The inflammatory cell density were observed by HE,and the levels of EGF and TNF-α of serum and gastric mucosa were detected by ELLISA. Results：Compared with Model group,the inflammatory cell density in all groups of Senecio cannabifolius Less extract were different significantly（P〈0.01）. And the effect of group s of medium and high dose of Senecio cannabifolius Less extract was better than Ranitidine group in different degree（P〈0.05,or P〈0.01）. Compared with Normal control group,the level of TNF-α of serum and gastric mucosa in Model group was increased in deferent degree （P〈0.05,or P〈0.01）. Compared with Model group,the level of TNF-α of gastric mucosa in treating with treatment group of Senecio cannabifolius Less extract was decreased significantly（P〈0.01）. Compared with Model group and Normal control group,the levels of EGF in serum and gastric mucosa in treating group were increased significantly（P〈0.05,or P〈0.01）. Conclusion：Senecio cannabifolius Less extract can improve the ulcer healing by lessening inflammatory cell infiltrating,restrainting inflammatory cytokine releasing and improving ulcer heal in GU rats.
