便塞通合剂对便秘模型小鼠胃肠蠕动功能的影响

目的：评价便塞通合剂对便秘模型小鼠胃肠蠕动功能的影响,并探讨其相关机制。方法：用复方地芬诺脂制造小鼠便秘模型,确定模型建立后,各组分别给药,记录6h内的首次排黑便时间,排便粒数和排便性状。并采用小肠炭推进实验分别观察空白组、模型组、阳性对照1组（麻仁丸组）、阳性对照2组（莫沙比利组）及便塞通合剂治疗高、中、低组的小鼠小肠墨汁推进率,记录结果进行统计学分析。结果：便塞通合剂各剂量组均能促进小鼠的胃肠蠕动功能,与空白组和模型组对比有显著统计学差异（P〈0.01）;与阳性对照组对比有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：便塞通合剂能增强小鼠的胃肠蠕动功能。

Effect of Biansetong Mixture on Gastrointestinal Motility of Mice with Constipation

Objective：To evaluate the effect of Biansetong Mixture on constipation mice gastrointestinal peristalsis function,and to explore its mechanism. Methods：Mice model of constipation was established by compound diphenoxylate.Each group has been respectively treated with corresponding drugs.The time of defecation of the first black feces.quantity and character of feces within 6 hours were observed.The promoting rate of ink blank group,model group,positive control group（hemp seed pill group and Mosapride group） and Biansetong Mixture group（high,middle and low group） were obsered by small intestine charcoal powder propelling test and analyze the result by statistical method.Result：Biansetong Mixture group（high,middle and low group） could promote the mice＇s function of gastrointestinal peristalsis.Compared with the blank group and model group,there was significant difference （P0.01）;compared with the positive control group,there was statistical difference （P0.05 ）.Conclusion：Biansetong mixture will be able to enhance the mice＇s function of gastrointestinal peristalsis.
