对应与中轴针刺对偏瘫患者运动功能的影响

目的：在临床针刺规律研究成果的指导下,采用对应与中轴针刺结合康复训练方法治疗BrunnstromⅡ或Ⅲ期的中风患者,观察其对偏瘫患者运动功能的影响,并观察其效果是否优于传统针刺结合康复训练治疗及单纯康复治疗。方法：选取90例符合标准的中风患者,随机分成治疗组、对照组1和对照组2,每组各30例,治疗组采用对应与中轴针刺结合康复训练方法,对照组1采用传统针刺结合康复训练的方法,对照组2单纯采用康复训练方法,治疗前,2周后,4周后分别对患者进行Fugl-Meyer评定。结果：治疗后,治疗组与对照组1 FM上肢评分、FM下肢评分及FM总分较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,而对照组2仅FM总分较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;3组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：3种方法均能改善中风偏瘫患者的运动功能,结合针刺者效果更好。

The Corresponds and Central Axis Acupuncture Treatment on Motor Function of Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

Objective：Under the guidance of clinical research of acupuncture laws,to investigate the impact on motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia at the stage of Brunnstrom Ⅱ or Ⅲ by the treatment of the corresponds and the central axis acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,and to compare to the treatment of the traditional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training and the simple rehabilitation training.Methods：Ninety patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided randomly into three groups,namely the corresponds and central axis acupuncture group（treatment group）,the traditional acupuncture group（control group 1） and simple rehabilitation group（control group 2）.Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated by the corresponds and central axis acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,Thirty patients in the control group 1 were treated by the traditional acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training,thirty patients in the control group 2 were treated by rehabilitation training.Fugl-Meyer score were assessed pre-therapy,2 weeks and 4 weeks after the treatment in all of the 90 patients.Results：FM upper extremity,FM lower extremity and FM total cents showed improvement in treatment group and control group 1 after the treatment,which had statistical significance（P0.01）.Only FM total cents showed improvement in control group 2 after the treatment,which had statistical significance（P0.05）.The difference among the three groups had statistical significance（P 0.01）.Conclusion：The treatments of three groups can improve motor function of hemiplegic patients,and if they are combined with acupuncture,the effect woll be better.
