摘    要:目的:建立镰形棘豆中2’,4’-二羟基查耳酮含量的HPLC方法,测定不同批次镰形棘豆中2’,4’-二羟基查耳酮的含量。方法:采用HPLC法对10个主产地12批次镰形棘豆中2’,4’-二羟基查耳酮进行含量测定。色谱条件:Dikma Technologies Diamonsil C18色谱柱(5μm,250mm×4.6mm);流动相为乙腈-0.2%甲酸水溶液(50:50);流速为1.0mL·min^-1;检测波长365nm。结果:2’,4’-二羟基查耳酮在0.0834~0.8340μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,R^2=0.9999,加样回收率平均值为105.2%,RSD=2.078%。结论:该方法准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于镰形棘豆药材的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective:To establish an acceptable analytical method for quantitatively determining the content of 2',4'-dihydroxy chalcone in Oxyptropis falcate Bunge by HPLC,and,make a detection the content of 2',4'-dihydroxy chalcone in 12 batches of this herba in the exprement by the method of HPLC.Methods:This analytical method,that making a determination of 2',4'-dihydroxy chalcone in Oxyptropis Falcate Bunge From Different Producing Batches by HPLC,was performed on an Dikma Technologies Diamonsil C18 column (5 μm,4.6 mm*250 mm),with acetonitrile-0.2% formic acid water solution (50:50) as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 365 nm.Results:It was showed that 2’,4’-dihydroxy chalcone had a good linear relationship between the concentrations and peak areas in (0.0834~0.834)μg (R^2=0.9999),and the average recovery was 105.2% (RSD=2.078%).Conclusion:This procedure is accurate,high sensitivity and good reproducibility,which can be used in the quantitative determination of Oxyptropis falcate Bunge.
