摘    要:
目的:建立高效液相法测定碱制斑蝥中斑蝥素含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent HC-C18 ODS色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm);流动相:甲醇-水(30∶70);流速1.0mL/min;检测波长230nm,柱温:35℃。结果:碱制斑蝥中斑蝥素含量2%左右,远高于《中国药典》采用气相法测定斑蝥中斑蝥素含量不得少于0.35%的规定。结论:本法简便、快速、精确、重现性好,斑蝥药材中可能本来就含有斑蝥酸盐。

Abstract:
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the determination of cantharidin in Mylabris after processing with potash. Methods:RP-HPLC was used in quantitative analysis the Agilent HC-C18 ODS Column(4.6mm×250mm) was used,and mobile phase was composed of methanol-water(30∶70).Detection wavelength was at 230nm,the flow rate was 1.0mL/min,the column temperature was 35℃. Results:The determination of cantharidin in Mylabris after processing with potash is about 2%,the content of cantharidin in Mylabris is much higher than the regulations that it must not be less than 0.35% determined by gas chromatography in "chinese pharmacopoeia". Conclusion:The method was proved to be simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible,Mylabris phalerata Pallas may already contain cantharidate.
