正交试验法优选右归饮散剂的提取工艺

摘    要:目的:筛选出右归饮散剂的最佳制备工艺。方法:以收膏率和梓醇的含量为考察指标,考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数对右归饮提取工艺影响程度,用正交设计的试验方法筛选最佳制备工艺。结果:右归饮的最佳提取条件为将药材加10倍量水,提取2次,每次1.5h。结论:试验为右归饮散剂制作的工艺条件提供了参考依据。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the preparation technique of You Gui Yin powder. Methods:The preparation procedure was studied by orthogonal design,with the yield of extraction and the content of catalpol as detective indices determining the effect of water amount,extraction time and extraction times. Results:The best preparation procedure was adding 10 folds of water,decocting 2 times and 1.5 h for each time. Conclusion:The method can be used for reference for the preparation process of You Gui Yin powder.
