纤维喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉30例疗效观察

目的：观察纤维喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉的疗效.方法：选取2009-01～2011-01本院收治声带息肉患者30例为研究对象,均采用采用纤维喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉.结果：本组治愈19例,占63.33%;有效8例,占26.67%;无效3例,占10.00%;总有效率为90.00%.术后多数患者1～2周内声音恢复正常,复查随访未见息肉残留及声带损伤.其中2例出现喉痉挛,4例鼻黏膜擦伤,术后当天咽喉疼痛1例,头痛1例,术后并发症发生率6.7%.结论：纤维喉镜下手术治疗声带息肉疗效可靠,并发症少,值得推广和应用.

Fiber laryngoscope vocal cord polyp operation therapy a clinical observation of 30 cases

Objective：To observe the fiber laryngoscope operation therapy for vocal cord polyp curative effect. Methods： 2009- 01 - 2011- 01hospital treated 30 cases of vocal cord polyp patients as research object,adopts the fiber laryngoscope operation treatment of polyp of vocal cord. Result： 19 cases were cured, 63.33% effective; in 8 cases, accounting for 26.67% ; invalid in 3 cases, accounting for 10 % of the total effective rate was 90%. The majority of the patients after1-2 weeks sound returned to normal, followed up showed no residual and injury to the vocal cords polyp. Including 2 cases laryngeal spasm,4 cases of nasal mucosa scrapes, postoperative day throat pain in 1 cases, 1 cases of headache, the postoperative complication rate was 6.7 %. Conclusion：Fiber laryngoscope operation treatment of polyp of vocal cord with reliable curative effect, less complica- tions,worthy of promotion and application of.
